These terms govern the supply of products by Wholesale Peptides UK ("we", "us", "our") to trade and research buyers ("you"). By enquiring or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Research use only
All products are supplied solely as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and development purposes. They are not medicinal products, dietary supplements, cosmetics or foodstuffs, and are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, administration or clinical use. We make no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or performance claims. You are solely responsible for the lawful, safe and appropriate handling, storage and end use of any product supplied.
2. Who can buy
We sell on a business-to-business basis to trade and research buyers only. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over, are acting in the course of a business or research activity, and have authority to enter into a contract on its behalf. We do not knowingly sell to consumers for personal use. We may verify your status, and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Products and information
Product descriptions, purity figures and specifications are provided in good faith and a certificate of analysis is available per batch on request. Minor variation between batches is normal. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your intended research before ordering.
4. Prices
Prices are in GBP, are exclusive of VAT unless stated, and are provided on application via WhatsApp. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. A minimum order of 5 vials applies per product line. Where we have given you a written quotation, it is valid for the period stated in it.
5. Orders and contract
Orders are arranged by enquiry via WhatsApp. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, where we are unable to verify your trade status, or where we believe the products may be intended for human consumption or any unlawful purpose.
6. Payment
Payment is by Pay by Bank (FCA-regulated Open Banking) or bank transfer, in full and in cleared funds before dispatch. We do not operate a public card checkout and do not store payment-card details. Title to the products remains with us until we have received payment in full; risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
8. Your responsibilities and indemnity
You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, import, storage, handling, use and any onward supply of the products, and that you are the importer and end user of record. You agree not to resell or supply the products for human or animal consumption. You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or liability arising from your use, storage, onward supply or misuse of the products, or your breach of these terms.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from use of the products contrary to these terms. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
