This policy applies to trade and research buyers. As sales are made on a business-to-business basis, the consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that do apply to you.
Faulty, incorrect or short orders
If a product arrives faulty, is not as described, falls below its stated purity, or your order is incorrect or short-supplied, we will replace the affected items or refund the price difference. We stand behind the specifications we supply.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your order on receipt. If anything has been damaged in transit, report it to us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
How to report a problem
Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order details and the batch number, with photographs of the issue where relevant. We will respond and agree the resolution with you.
Returns of correctly-supplied goods
Because the products are sensitive research reagents that require controlled storage and whose integrity cannot be verified once they have left our custody, we are unable to accept returns of correctly-supplied, undamaged goods once dispatched.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method (or by bank transfer) within [5] working days of us agreeing the claim with you.
