This policy explains how Wholesale Peptides UK collects and uses your personal data, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

The full registered details of the data controller will be added here once the company entity is finalised. Until then, you can contact us via WhatsApp about any privacy matter.

Data we collect

We collect only what we need to deal with your enquiry and order: your name and business name, contact details (such as your WhatsApp number and email if you provide it), delivery address, and order and transaction details. We do not collect or store payment-card details — payment is handled by Pay by Bank (Open Banking) or bank transfer.

How we collect it

We collect data directly from you when you contact us via WhatsApp and when you place an order.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To process and fulfil your orders — performance of a contract.
  • To respond to your enquiries and run our business — our legitimate interests.
  • To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation.

WhatsApp

Enquiries and orders made through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta, whose use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. Please review Meta's privacy policy for details.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed: with couriers to deliver your order, with our payment/Open Banking provider to take payment, with our accountant and professional advisers, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements (for example, tax records are generally kept for six years), after which it is securely deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us via WhatsApp. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it was last revised.
